How we handle your details
Discretion isn't just the parcel — it's the data too. In plain English, under Singapore's PDPA:
What we collect, and why
Your name, email, phone and delivery address — used solely to fulfil your order, arrange delivery, and send you the receipts and updates that belong to it. If you join our mailing list, your email is used for the letters you asked for, nothing more. Gift videos are stored privately for three months, then deleted.
What we never do
We never sell your data. We never share it for anyone else's marketing. We never print anything identifying on or in your parcel beyond the delivery label itself, and your card statement shows a neutral descriptor — not our name.
Who touches your data on our behalf
Three processors, each seeing only what their job needs: our payment processor (Airwallex — your card details never touch our server), our email relay (Brevo — delivery of the emails you're owed), and our delivery partner (your name, address and phone, so the parcel finds you). Payment card data is handled entirely on Airwallex's secure pages.
Your choices
Every marketing email carries a one-click unsubscribe that we honour immediately and permanently. You may ask us anytime what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account data — write to us and a person will see to it. Browsing uses only the cookies needed for your bag and session — no ad trackers.
