1 · Who we are, who you are

wett.sg is an intimate-wellness store operated by Clarice & Caralyn International Pte Ltd, Singapore. By shopping here you confirm you are 21 or older. We're an authorised reseller — everything we sell is authentic and sourced through authorised channels.

2 · Orders & pricing

All prices are in Singapore dollars. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email; in the rare case of a pricing or stock error we'll contact you before anything is charged or shipped, and you may cancel without cost. Pre-order items are reservations — their listing states the expected timeline, which we pass on honestly from our partners.

3 · Payment & delivery

Payment is taken securely via Airwallex (card) or PayNow; we never see or store your card details. Delivery is within Singapore, in plain packaging with a neutral billing descriptor. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; title passes on payment.

4 · Returns, warranty & faults

Our returns & refunds policy forms part of these terms — including the one-year local warranty on powered devices and the hygiene-seal rule on intimate items. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Singapore's Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act or the lemon law.

5 · Fair use of the site

Reviews must be your honest experience. Accounts, codes and gift cards are for genuine personal use — one welcome code per guest, and we may quietly decline orders that abuse promotions. Content on this site is ours or our brands'; please don't scrape or republish it.

6 · The legal frame

These terms are governed by Singapore law. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law says otherwise. If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest stand. We may update these terms; the version here applies to your order. Questions — ask us directly.
